[Feature] Odometer logging, charting, stats

Think fuel logging, but for the odometer. That way you can periodically log the odometer, see a chart of miles driven per unit time/since last log, and a display of odometer related stats.

As an example, LubeLogger has odometer logging.

Maybe this can be done from the odometer data requested whenever a fuel, compliance, etc event is logged - no new dedicated odometer input UI, only a chart or similar to show the odometer data vs time/fuel/cost may have to be done.

I went checking in the schema, and it seems only fuel and maintenance logs have (optional) dated odometer readings. But it should be enough to build the feature.
Probably it would mean also adding some safeguard so that a log does not have an odometer reading smaller than the one from a previous date, i.e., odometer data is monotonic against time.

Worth noting where this could lead, as motivation rather than a proposal: once a series of km versus date exists, statistics can be made, ates can be derived, and, most importantly, reminders could be projected rather than purely scheduled. This could lead to features such as "based on recent usage you'll reach 15,000 km around 12 March, when the oil change is due". Reminders are date-only today (dueDate, remindSchedule), so that would need a distance target on the reminder model and is a much bigger change than the chart/statistics. I'm not proposing it here, but to me it's the reason the underlying data seems worth deriving.
