what about .srt to .scc ?

do you have in plans to build a conversion to generate .scc ?

At the moment I do not have any plans for that. I think the complexity behind the parsing of each text block from SRT and mapping to SCC shouldn't be too difficult. Originally this project was intended only for converting SCC and SRT to other formats for wider support. AFAIK (at the time) very few players use SCC as the caption source so it was never implemented.
