Entire section not included in CIA archive. Latest somewhat consistent backup from Internet Archive is ~2018.

Technically possible to download an old copy and include it, but 1) that's a lot more work than the images for #1, and 2) not all pages are archived. New Zealand's html page, for example, is missing entirely.
