Customize ISAACSIM_SIGNAL_PORT and ISAACSIM_STREAM_PORT in 5.1.0

I pulled the latest code from the dev branch on the server, and modified the .env file to the following content(deployed by docker-compose):

ISAAC_SIM_IMAGE=nvcr.io/nvidia/isaac-sim:5.1.0
ISAAC_SIM_DATA=~/docker/isaac-sim
GPU_DEVICE=all
ISAACSIM_HOST=public_ip
ISAACSIM_SIGNAL_PORT=8197
ISAACSIM_STREAM_PORT=8198

Then I successfully built and ran the service using the command:

docker compose -p isim -f tools/docker/docker-compose.yml up --build -d

However, no ports are being listened on in the Docker container named isim-isaac-sim-1.

Session start failed with error: "StreamerNoStunResponsesReceived"

The A100 does not support live streaming. It requires a GPU with NVENC.
