Version: v1.4.0 (MC 26.1) and v1.4.1 (MC 26.2), MacOS
As seen in the video with keybinds on the left of the screen, the scroll enabler keybind does not work with EITHER shift key — other keys work so the mod is working as intended, it's just those 2 keys that don't work.

Also, as a suggestion I think it would be good if you could set the scroll to "always" instead of needing a specific keybind — most other scrollable tooltip mods I've seen have it scrollable by default, so always having to hold a keybind may put people off this mod even though it has a lot more options than alternatives. For example, you could set the vertical keybind to "always" and the horizontal to "LShift", which would make every tooltip scroll by default and switch to horizontal with Shift.
