Volumes - Create button not working [w/workaround]

Steps to reproduce it:

• Compile and run web-ui with bootable volumes feature
• Load Ciao-webui
• Login as demo
• Locate and Click on Create button from Volumes table

Expected Behaviour:
Create volumes modal should be displayed.

Actual Behaviour:
No modal is being displayed.
Console output:

Workaround:
Reload webpage.
