Describe the Bug

On Installation page the link to extensions isn't working right now. It links to https://inkdex.github.io/extensions/0.9/stable, which is 404.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://inkdex.github.io/installation
2. Copy the link from manual instructions - https://inkdex.github.io/extensions/0.9/stable
3. Go to this link and see the error

That link is meant to be used by Paperback itself. To have a view of all extensions in the registry you can use https://inkdex.github.io/extension-list.
