[Feature] Add "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" pages to the footer

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It is slightly concerning when a platform handling GitHub authentication and user profiles lacks standard legal pages. Users currently have no way of knowing how their GitHub data is being utilized, stored, or protected.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create dedicated standard pages/components for "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy". Add accessible, clean links to these pages in the global PublicFooter component. I would be happy to design these boilerplate pages and route them if assigned!

Describe alternatives you've considered

Considered linking to external Notion or Google Docs for policies, but building native in-app pages provides a much more professional and trustworthy user experience.
