You can just leave an empty spot where the upload media item component is. Also, group is the same as tag in our database. No need to build the out of stock section that's shown on the Figma.

Make this allow for multiple vendors to be added. Each one will require only a name and a description (paragraph text), so maybe you could make it such that clicking an "add vendor" button displays a popup to enter the name and description. Then, a list of the created vendors will be shown.
