• I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Description

Tabs don't be rearrange while using vertical tab browser layout using my touchscreen

How to Reproduce?

Switch to vertical layout
Try rearranging tabs using your laptop's touchscreen

Actual behavior

Tabs don't be rearrange while using vertical tab browser layout

Expected behavior

The tabs should be able to rearrange using touchscreen in vertical tab layout

Additional context

Also I tried long press but it just registers as right click. I am on fedora kde plasma.
