Subject: [PATCH] Add agent tooling to gitignore

We try to keep tool-specific files to a minimum, e.g. IDE cruft.
Agents come under the same banner.

Note: Including these files in the gitignore in no way precludes the use of AI tooling on this project. It's just that we won't include the tool-specific files in the repository.
