Sending offline url does not work from android device but only from iOS devices

I am Using OpenFire 4.2.3 and 4.3.2 (in both cases there is this bug)
When sending a new message to an offline user from iOS all is fine.
When sending from android device to an offline user, the offline url is not called.

Downgrading to 1.2.0 version fixed the issues.

This bug occurs only using version 1.2.1

Does anyone think about what can cause this issue?
