Improve api C3Directory

Require fetch only part of children in directory. E.g. get only last 50 files. The feature is required for implementation of Journal pagination. It can decrease transfer traffic between web and storage.
We can use a token for identify on which file we are stopped. Also will be great indicate how many files need fetch.
