sendMessage method

1. parameter for iMessageId is missing for post.
2. sScheduledTime is either future datetime or immediate send. If immediate send then do not pass scheduledTime for post becuase passing either null or empty scheduledTime is a warning error.
3. sIncludeListIds, sExcludeListIds, sExcludeSegmentIds and sIncludeSegmentId should be better an array and implode by comma.
