File Repo: File search: order the results by primary files

@lindaxiang brought up a helpful feature request, and that's to order the file results by putting listing primary files first. Users are more interested with these primary files:

Primary Files: data types of

• Aligned Reads
• Raw InDel/SNV/SV/CNV Calls

Expected outcomes

• when a user searches for files, they result suggestions will prioritize this list of file data types first
