Is this project open to including a Dockerfile / Hub/ghcr.io image for self hosting?

I'd like to self host this in a private network and rely on Docker to do so. Adding an official image would help other folks to do the same!

For my particular case the dev server running in Docker would likely be sufficient.

Dockerfiles can be easy to make. Software maintenance can be a lot of work. An official packaged Dockerfile or image has multiple benefits including:

• Easier automated updates for folks using Watchtower/Renovate/Dependabot and deploying with Docker
• Reduce duplicate effort of various people packaging a project with (roughly) the same goals
• Shorter code -> deploy cycles with fewer coordination points where human intervention may be required.
• Reduce supply chain attack vectors with less-official packaging

But including a (maintained, tested) Dockerfile or pushing images somewhere isn't free (in time or effort). This project doesn't do it currently and including this would increase the maintenance burden of the project overall. Which is why I'm asking if this project would be open to including it.

What I am trying to explain is that you can start it by making a PR.

I'm open to it, but I don't personally use Docker.

I may look into it myself at some point, but if somebody wants to submit a PR, I'd gladly review.

@philipcristiano I'm not going to use pages cms but if you don't know how to create theb Dockerfile to PR, just tell that I will make a PR just because I would like to help.

@insign yeah if you're up for it that would be wonderful! I'm not familiar with NPM/Node conventions for Dockerfiles and haven't had a chance to work on this.

I tested and since I getting some errors, I won't make a PR for now, here my docker-compose.yml:

Closing for now as there are other priorities. I will get back to creating a Dockerfile if/when people ask for it.

Also docker image, where NODE_ENV is production and all I have to do - mount my files.
