Component not working for guest users

I successfully deployed this component for a training SharePoint site and users from our organisation really appreciate the look of the site. However, guest users, which constitute the majority of people being trained using this site, don't see the customized CSS. Is there a way to make sure guest users also see the site with the customized CSS?
