Improve and document initial setup. #21

When you first setup hubdrop, you need to do a few things before it is fully functional.

  • Create (or get an existing) github authorization key. If getting an existing one, you need the client ID and secret for the App. I've created a little console command for generating or getting a github authorization once the server is up and running.
  • Get the drupal user's password so hubdrop can interact with drupal.org.
  • Upload hubdrop's public key to github and drupal.org.

I haven't document this stuff yet. The process is not that smooth. I would like it to be integrated into the provisioning process.
