As a user, I want the docs to accurately reflect the commands that I can run on my own machine.
For the hpcflow docs, the current set up uses hpcflow.app as the program name that users should type at the command line. It should be hpcflow instead. The MatFlow docs don't have this problem, because the app name is the same as the module name.
