what's a meme monster formatter

Meme Monster Formatter, it's basically the tool which we'll use to create the foundation for a Meme Monster... for instance in CryptoKitties they spawn their Kitties using a very simple format. However we'll be using memes which over all don't have a default or base format so we'll have to manually create those base formats, and from those formats we'll be able to spawn random Meme Monsters... not sure if I made any sense 🤔
