Cached Observations Upload Issue

When the app is opened, the user gets the following message in a pop up window: "Offline observations need uploaded: Observations that were made offline have not been uploaded yet. Upload now?" The user has the option to select 'cancel' or 'ok'. If the user selects 'ok', a smaller pop up comes up that says 'uploading observations'. However, it does not appear that the observations have actually uploaded. They don't appear in 'shared observations' and they are still present in 'cached observations'. If the app is closed and re-opened, then the user gets the same message indicating that offline observations need to be uploaded.

If the user clicks on the upload icon in cached observations the user gets a small pop-up that says 'uploading observations' but the observations still don't appear to upload. If the user closes and re-opens the app after that, the user gets the same message indicating that offline observations need to be uploaded.

This is happening on both Android and iPhone devices, including at least the following models/users:

iPhone 13 mini, user Erich Mueller
Google Pixel 6 Pro 14, Megan Mueller

It does appear that most, but not all of the observations in the cached observation section on the two phones above have actually uploaded to the firebase database. In addition, the observations that don't appear to have uploaded to the firebase database are test observations that have duplicate location names. So, it's possible that they aren't uploading because of duplicate location names, or that I am not able to use the filter function in the firebase observations database to find multiple observations with the same location names.

It is also happening on Julie Krajewski's iPhone. I am waiting for her to send me a description and video, and will add them when I receive them.
