RPI 3B/3B+ LEDs Not Displaying Properly

I will have to look into this.

Non RPI boards use Armbian
RPI boards use Raspbian

Also, on the RPI we will never get a solid green LED, Raspbian uses the green LED for activity. So, the RPI 4B is actually working, I need to see why the RPI 3B/3B+ is not working.
