Add image files as external sources

Customers would like to brand their reports with images and logos. Add two (perhaps four) external image files which can be used to customize reports.

Option 1: (Two files)
Two 300x300 images for top-left and top-right on dashboard reports.

Option 2: (Four files)
Two 300x300 images for top-left and top-right on dashboard reports.
Two 150x150 images for top-left and top-right of non-dashboard reports.
