Catalog Search doesn't return "itemId" but is supposed to? #31

Not sure if this is an appropriate forum for the Walmart API.
Is this a general Walmart API forum or is this for a specific 3P library interface to the Walmart API? Having a very hard time finding Walmart API support.
We are trying to use the Catalog Search feature -- which is suppose to return "itemId" along with other data but the itemId is NOT returned. The API documentation and example code even show it being returned.
Has anyone experienced this and know any workarounds? There does not seem to be any way to get a SKU matched to itemId in the API except by downloading a "REPORT" which is slow and the data seems inaccurate in the reports.
