redirects to login page using SAML SSO in MEZA

verifications:

• no errors on install
• special:version shows viewprotect
• user is admin
• admin group has viewprotectmanage right

behavior:

• when attempting to view Special:ViewProtect page the extension re-directs user who is admin to a login page stating that the requested Special Page "ViewProtect" does not exist.
