v1 Proposal

Captain v1

v1 is focused on getting a working build out the door based on what we're most familiar using: SCSS.

This ticket is an ongoing evolution of what v1 will look like.

The scss branch is tracking v1 for now.

Scope

In v1, we'd like to cover the following functionality:

• Common objects, such as wrapper, stack, etc.
• Compound utilities, such as common text styles, etc.
• Useful tools, such as px-to-em, px-to-rem, etc.
