Question on -Method 2

Hi!

In your Bioinformatics paper, you mention the possibility to perform the Hill and Weir calculation of the LD decay using -method HW. As far as I understand, this option is not available anymore. Does it correspond to -Method 2 or is it something else?

Hill and Weir calculation is a method for small data.
Now this method will be very slow for big data. My suggestion is to use the default one.

you can use -Method 2 to calculate, but it will be very slow if there are too many positions.
