1Password shows generic window icon in task switcher (name displays correctly)

Hi,

I’m experiencing a similar issue to the ones described in #54 and #47 .

When switching apps using AltAppSwitcher, 1Password (1Password.exe) shows up with a generic program icon, even though the window title/name displays correctly.

So unlike the previous reports where both icon and name were missing, in this case:

• Window name appears normally
• Icon is replaced with the generic window icon

This seems very similar to the issue discussed in #54 & #47 .
