Question: Not showing Posts - Sections - Types below series and categories header

I do not know if this is the right place to ask, but anyway

When you navigate to https://theme-cards.hbstack.dev/series/docs/ You see below the Docs header 3 numbers (2 1 1) and below it, it says "Posts - Sections - Types."

In my setup, I can see the numbers but not the labels below them. Are they controlled by any parameter?
I did not add any custom templates or hooks.
