missing file of data.py

I just wanted to say your code is incredibly clean and organized—it really helped me understand this field better.

By the way, I noticed that eval.py tries to import load_data, MEANS, STDS from data:

but I couldn't find the data.py file in the repo. Could you please help upload the missing file? Thanks a lot!
