Examples of constraints?

Hi there

I try to understand how this plugin works. How do you define multiple constraints, for example for the elbow?
Let's say, I would like to constrain rotation around Z to (-10°, 120°) and lock two other axis so they cannot rotate at all. Is it possible to define that?

Or let's say, I have a bone that can bend (rotate around Y,Z with different limits) but cannot roll (rotation around X locked). Can I define that kind of constraint?

So far I only found that you can specify only one constraint per bone, not 2 or 3.
