[Feature Request] Add CAD$ (Canadian Dollar) Currency

Could you please add the Canadian Dollar currency to the list so I can actually get a reliable estimate of how much time stuff costs?

Do you mean adding CAD as a base currency (so that you could set your salary in CAD)?
Or do you mean detecting CAD on websites?

Both. I want to be able to set my salary to CAD $. Though I think the software already detects products in CAD but I might be mistaken. Thanks.
