It seems that mzML files generated on Windows with either the 2.0 release or current main branch generate incorrect file offsets. If I export the same file on Linux or macOS the file offsets are correct, perhaps it is a simple carriage return issue?
It doesn't seem to be related to #71 or at least the PR doesn't fix it.
For the conversion I used default command line or GUI parameters.
