Dear TIMSconvert team,
thank you very much for this conversion tool. We really misssed the ability to convert TIMSTOF data in an open format to play with it.
I would like to convert DIA-PASEF data from a TIMS-TOF pro into an mzml DIA-NN can later read. Is there any settings I should then use, or are the default one ok?
Also as you are expert, I would like to be able to rewrite all MS1 and MS2 retention time in order to convert them into electrophoretic mobility as I am working with capillary electrophoresis through a very easy equation. We shown that mobilities are much more reproducible than migration time and are even predictable. And that is why I would like t osee if it could help to get better ID and quantification.
But I am not a bioinformatician or a programmer, so I have a very hard time understanding the structure of mzml files and I can't manage to make it work.
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Nicolas
