Fails to build on Windows.

Configuring webkitgtk3-0.13.1.2...
setup.exe: The pkg-config package 'webkitgtk-3.0' version >=1.8 is required
but it could not be found.
cabal.exe: Error: some packages failed to install:
webkitgtk3-0.13.1.2 failed during the configure step. The exception was:
ExitFailure 1

I followed the guide on gtk2hs on Windows, but there are no instructions for webkit. Since this is webkitgtk3 I assumed I would need gtk2hs-buildtools and gtk3. However, the error above occured, which makes me believe I would need the C++ binaries for Windows, which are unexistant and, as far as I know, unbuildable.

If anyone could list what packages I need, I would be very grateful.

If you follow the Leksah build instructions for windows you should also be able to build WebKitGTK.
