[Dynamic Simulation] Add configuration for overload protections

Some network parameters should be configured in a separate box named Overload protections.

When checked the value goes into: transformer_currentLimit_maxTimeOperation, line_currentLimit_maxTimeOperation and dangling_line_currentLimit_maxTimeOperation.
When unchecked those values should be put to 1.
