[ENH]Languages selection needs to be more visible (top of the page)

Describe the bug
Currently the GP4Tech page is being displayed on English language, so as a user I would like to change the language since I'm not familiar with English but the languages selection was not easy to identify because it is at the down of the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'GP4Tech.com page
2. Take note that page is displayed in English language
3. Try to find out the option to change the language
4. Verify that Languages selection is at the end of the page and it was not easy to identify faster

Current behavior
Languages selection is not easy to identify, since it is at the end of the entire page
Expected behavior
Languages selection should be easy to find out
