Mention somewhere that a page doesn't use Polymer if it doesn't. #43
While a page that doesn't use Polymer might still have custom elements (and the tool can help with custom elements if #33 is fixed) it might help to mention that the page doesn't use Polymer.
Perhaps a little bar at the top.
