Torch and TensorFlow support

Thanks to the authors and sponsors, this looks like it could be very useful for AI/ML.

Is there support for Torch and TensorFlow on the way?

No immediate plans, but maybe after support for JAX is more mature (i.e., all the JAX primitives are supported) I'd consider adding this.
