Currently bagz.Writer.Options (as well as bagz.Reader.Options and bagz.Compression*) are not pickleable. It would be great if this can be added to avoid having to add custom hooks to de/re-construct them between processes.
Edit: Reader pickling-support would be appreciated as well.
