IEV improvements: acronym needs to be properly documented

ISO 704:2009 says acronyms are abbreviations created by combining initial letters or syllables from each or some of the elements of the full form. The new designation is pronounced syllabically like a word.

Examples are:

• scram (IEV 395-07-19)
• laser (IEV 731-06-08)
• sonar (IEV 801-32-01)

There is a task for some poor idiot to document this. If this is going to be integrated into Metanorma, there will be documentation added to metanorma.com, although it will be documentation of YAML and not Asciidoctor markup.
