pull-request.base.sha undocumented, possibly useless? #5978
Description
As .components.schemas["pull-request"].properties.base.sha is undocumented I've been trying to understand its behavior, but as far as I can tell it's neither the merge-base of the PR (which would be very useful) nor is it the HEAD of the base branch (which could be useful), nor is it whatever the HEAD of the base was when the PR was created as I can see PRs where the base.sha is years more recent than the PR (as well as more recent than the last update to the PR).
