Avoid using ? help command in disclaimer due to screen reader punctuation problems #912

@andyfeller

Description

@andyfeller

Describe the bug

Screen readers have difficulty announcing punctuation such as the ? in the Copilot CLI disclaimer below:

Copilot can write, test and debug code right from your terminal. Describe a task to get started or enter ? for help. Copilot uses AI, check for mistakes.

Instead, the disclaimer should use the /help slash command, which screen readers would have an easier time announcing
