This is an MCP-only plugin backed by the published @noraai/mcp-server@0.1.3 package. The MCP configuration pins that exact package version, exposes an explicit allowlist of ten read-only inventory and observability tools, and sets NORA_MCP_ALLOW_DESTRUCTIVE=false. The setup guide asks users to create a dedicated Nora key limited to agents:read and monitoring:read.

Validation completed before submission:

• Full Nora quality, security, unit, Docker-build, Playwright, and supply-chain workflows passed on merge commit 53fded01a6d96f127435c90afacd226854d96c4e.
• GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.70 installed the plugin and resolved its MCP configuration.
• A clean initialize/list-tools handshake found 15 runtime tools; the plugin allowlist contains exactly ten read-only tools.
