GitHub Create PR + Auto-merge

GitButler currently allows users to create a Pull Request or a Draft Pull Request. I sometimes use GH extension in VS Code where there is an option to auto-merge in dropdown when creating PR.

It would be such a time saver to just click this and continue working, currently i need to click on "View PR", scroll to bottom and enable auto-merge.

I think VSCode already shows how it should be done and GitButler should provide this capability as well.
However, I don't know how easy it is to implement, given that it would be specific to GitHub and maybe GitLab. But that's at most a technical problem. CC @estib-vega .

There are already APIs for this. The thing we need to get right is the UI/UX of it.
Let me put something together and bring in @PavelLaptev to take a look at it when he gets a chance
