Is there some documentation on what features are enabled by signing up and logging in to GitButler, and what they do?

("smart automation features", "intelligent branch creation", etc.)

Thanks a lot for asking.

I believe this feature is meant to be self-documenting as it contains the features that it enables below the "Authorize access token" button.

An access token is required to use GitButler's smart automation features, including intelligent branch creation and
commit message generation.

With that said, we can probably do a better job documenting it or finding detailed documentations directly from the UI.

What are "GitButler's smart automation features"? Like a list and description of each?

Apparently one of them is "intelligent branch creation"; what is that?

Yeah, I can see how that isn't clear in the docs that are there either.

With a login, all AI features will work out of the box with tokens paid by GitButler. If I remember correctly, this includes:

• branch name generation
• commit message generation
• branch summary generation (experimental, probably not public yet)

And I think that's it.
