Anyone seen this before? GitGraph fails to load commits because Git hits a bad ref under refs/codex/...:

fatal: git show-ref: bad ref refs/codex/turn-diffs/checkpoints/...

It keeps happening in my repo, so I’m wondering whether this is a known Codex/Git integration issue or a GitGraph edge case. Screenshot attached.
