metacpan "issues" link on Data::Dump page takes you to wrong repo (that doesn't have issues at all)

It takes you to: https://github.com/garu/data-dump/issues/ and after you spend 30 mins writing an issue, it does not get accepted by gh because this garu repo doesn't have issues enabled
