Is it possible to run JavaFx on wayland display using this library?

No. I do however plan to start creating a javafx port for wayland somewhere later this year using my own existing bindings.

If you can't wait, you should be able to run javafx on wayland if the wayland compositor uses the XWayland compatibility layer.
