Launch: Show HN + community seeding checklist

As the maintainer, I want a deliberate first launch (Show HN + community seeding), so that Compose's first public impression lands on a hardened build with a working funnel — not a drive-by alpha.

Gated on Sprint 4 (README/GIF/tap/positioning) and the current reliability bar holding.

Acceptance criteria

• Pre-flight checklist green: install path tested on a clean machine, README demo-led, analytics disclosed, top known bugs triaged
• Show HN post drafted (honest alpha framing) + first-comment FAQ prepared
• Seeding list executed: r/macapps, r/LocalLLaMA, r/ObsidianMD, r/SideProject, X/LinkedIn thread
• Launch-week issue-triage rotation agreed (respond fast = the community loop Scratch has)

• Schedule + execute seeding
• Post-launch retro: stars/downloads/issues in week one
